Outpatient Services is a key element in the community system of treating mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders of individuals and their families.
Due to heating issues on the third floor of the Housing Resource Center, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) EBT cards are being issued today at Human Services’ main office at 3432 Virginia Beach Blvd. There are no impacts to other services at the Housing Resource Center.
